At Tib e Nabvi, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

  • Customers may request a return within 3 days of receiving the order.

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Due to the nature of food products, opened or used items cannot be returned for safety reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product

We will replace the product or issue a refund after verification.

Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued via bank transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The product has been opened or used

  • The return request is made after the allowed time period

  • Incorrect delivery information was provided by the customer
